Returns and exchanges are not available at this time. Detailed measurements of each garment are provided to help you make the best sizing choice. If there is an error on our part, please email blindeyescomany@gmail.com. Thank you for your understanding.

order processing

Thank you for your support—we know you’re eager to receive your order. Due to many of our pieces being made-to-order, processing times may vary. Please allow up to two weeks of processing and production time for our most intricate designs. Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, some orders may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.

Blind Eyes Design is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs are separate from the shipping cost and out of our control. Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of Blind Eyes Design—claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
